4. Who is eligible to become a Zubros affiliate?
If you’re a blogger, YouTuber, Instagram creator, gamer, tech reviewer, or run a content platform — and have a genuine audience — you're eligible to apply. We welcome creators passionate about design, productivity, gaming setups, or work-from-home essentials.
5. How long does approval take?
Once you apply, our team will review your profile. Approval may take up to 24-48 hours. You’ll be notified via email upon selection.
6. How much commission will I earn?
You’ll earn up to 10% commission on every successful sale made via your affiliate link or coupon code. The exact rate may vary by product category.
7. When and how will I get paid?
We follow a monthly payment cycle. Payments are processed in the fourth week of the next month after the sale. For example, sales made in July will be paid in the fourth week of August.
8. What are the payment methods available?
Payments are made via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). You’ll need to submit your PAN Card, bank details, and a cancelled cheque. We do not offer cash payments.
9. What if the customer cancels or returns the product?
If a customer returns or cancels their order, the commission will not be paid. Commission is processed only for completed and non-returned purchases.
10. Can I promote all Zubros products?
Yes! You can promote all products available on the Zubros website — from height-adjustable desks and ergonomic chairs to desk accessories like the Master Desk Shelf, Liftora, and Lapnest.
11. Can my followers get a discount using my link or code?
Yes. Your followers can receive an additional discount using your unique coupon code — giving them more reason to shop through you.
12. Do I need to place the affiliate link on a specific platform?
No, you can place it anywhere — your blog, YouTube video descriptions, Instagram bio, swipe-up stories, Twitter, or even WhatsApp — wherever your audience engages with you.
13. Where can I track my sales and commissions?
Once approved, you’ll gain access to a referral dashboard where you can:

14. What happens if someone buys more than one product via my link?
You will earn commission on all products purchased through your affiliate link within a 7-day window — not just one.
15. Can I promote Zubros to friends and family?
Yes, referrals to friends, family, or professional networks are allowed — as long as they are not self-orders.
16. Are self-orders allowed through my own referral link?
No. Self-orders through your affiliate link or coupon code are not eligible for commission.
17. Can I still sign up without a PAN card?
A PAN card is required to be eligible for the Zubros Affiliate Program and receive payments as per Indian tax compliance.
18. Can I receive a unique discount code with my name or brand?
Yes, approved affiliates will receive a custom coupon code which can be named after your brand or handle (subject to availability).
19. My friend bought something using my link, but I don’t see it in my dashboard. Why?
If your friend didn’t complete the purchase within 48 hours of clicking the link, or used a different browser/device, it may not have tracked properly. Please ensure they use the correct link and code.
20. Do I need a GST number to receive commission?
No. A GST number is optional. However, if you have one, we may request a GST invoice for payments.
21. Can I promote Zubros if I don’t have a big following?
Absolutely. Whether you have 100 followers or 100,000, if you genuinely love Zubros products and can influence a niche audience, you’re welcome to apply.

Zubros Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Zubros Affiliate Program. By signing up, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand how commissions are calculated and paid.
🔹 Commission Structure
We offer a tiered commission system to reward your performance:

· Monthly sales volume is calculated based on the number of approved and completed orders referred by you within a calendar month.
· Commission is calculated on the final checkout amount (excluding taxes, shipping, or returns).
· Orders that are returned, refunded, or cancelled will not count towards commission or sales volume.
🔹 Payout Terms
· Commissions are paid monthly by the 4th week of the following month (e.g., January sales are paid by February 4th week).
· Payments will be made via bank transfer to the details provided by the affiliate.
· A valid PAN card, bank account, and cancelled cheque are mandatory to receive payment.
· If you have a GST number, you must submit a GST invoice before payout processing.
🔹 Affiliate Responsibilities
· Share your referral link and/or discount code through your content, social media, or website.
· Ensure that all promotions reflect the Zubros brand in a positive and authentic way.
· Do not engage in spammy, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
🔹 Program Eligibility & Conduct
· The affiliate program is open to creators, influencers, bloggers, YouTubers, and social media marketers.
· Zubros reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application.
· Self-orders are strictly prohibited and will not be eligible for commissions.
· Affiliate links must not be shared on coupon aggregator websites or used in paid ads without written approval.
🔹 Link Tracking & Attribution
· Affiliates will be credited for any sale made through their unique referral link or coupon code within a 7-day window.
· In case both coupon and link are used, priority will be given to the coupon code.
🔹 Program Modifications
Zubros reserves the right to change commission rates, policies, or to discontinue the affiliate program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be communicated via email or within the affiliate dashboard.
